Coop (short for Cupid) is one of the many Angels of Love that work to bring couples together. He appears in the 8th season of Charmed. He's handsome, cocky but also deeply romantic, and obviously, his main interest is love. His powers, which are tied to his special ring, include orbing, freezing time, time travel and the ability to make people fall in love (although we don't see him use this particular power).Coop was sent by the Elders to help Phoebe Halliwell when she gave up on love. Although he was supposed to find Phoebe a perfect match, they soon fell in love with each other. As this went against the rules of the magical community, they tried not to act upon their feelings, until Wyatt and Chris Halliwell revealed that the Elders meant for them to be together as a compensation for Phoebe's past heartbreaks, and that in the future, Phoebe and Coop were a very tight couple. After the Ultimate Battle, they did get married and had three daughters.
