Dana Lodge is an Assistant State's Attorney who is often on the opposing side of cases of lawyer from Stern, Lockhart & Gardner. She, along with Cary Agos, is assigned to the investigation into Will Gardner led by Wendy Scott-Carr. She cultivates a flirty relationship with Kalinda Sharma in an attempt to get incriminating information on Will. Dana and Cary have a brief relationship, which is against office rules.
