Daniel Golden is an attorney with Gosset, Harper & Long who represents Peter Florrick during his appeal on corruption charges. He angers Peter's wife Alicia by trying to reach out to her and her children with gifts, to encourage them to think of him as family. He knows that Alicia will need to testify on Peter's behalf, but she struggles with giving testimony that his helpful but also truthful.
