A member of the lodge who is in charge of all the charitable donations that the lodge makes. Roger is cooking the books and taking the money for himself. When Arthur finds out, he uses this as leverage to become high most patriarch. Roger eventually kills Arthur to keep him quiet by using a powdered form of snake venom that he places in the hood that Arthur had to wear for the high most patriarch ceremony.
