Little of an official biography is given in the series. Judy (no last name given, though implied by fans to be Strang , after Judy Strangis who portrayed her in the original series) and her partner Lori work for Newsmakers magazine and are evidentially quite successful as many of their articles about the adventures of Electrawoman and Dynagirl make it on the cover of the magazine. Both Lori and Judy live together in a spacious suburban home. Judy might have had a career prior to working for Newsmakers as an gymnist. (During an escape from a trap, she remark about an acrobatic move that wowed them at the Olympics. It is unknown whether this was said in jest or fact.) Secretly, Judy is Dynagirl. In the 2001 remake, it is said that the original Judy ran off with her partner Lori's husband, although this is never determined to be fact. The second Judy to become Dynagirl is a high school student saved from a ferris wheel accident as a child be Electrawoman. She tracks down Electrawoman in an effort to bring her out of her self-exile.
