Fabrizio is one of Michael's Scilian body guards while Michael is in hiding after killing two people in NYC, including a police captain. Fabrizio wants very much to go to America and run his own pizza restaurant. To that end, he betrays Michael. The plan for killing Michael, however, goes awry, and Michael's Scilian wife, Apollonia, is killed instead.Years later, when Michael is back in NY and is the head of the Corleone family, we see Fabrizio again. He is killed when Michael orders the extermination of many enemies.
