Giovanni (Gio) Rossi first made an appearance as the annoying sandwich guy in Betty's Wait Problem. We later learn after a few more episodes that he has developed feelings for Betty Suarez. We don't really know much about his background per-se, but many are assuming he is Italian and he has a sister named Antonella, who was introduced in Something Wicked This Way Comes. In 24 Candles, we see Gio in a different light as he salvages Betty's ruined birthday plans with Henry.
