Henry Burton is a patient who first came to Seattle Grace in the seventh season and didn't have insurance. When Dr. Teddy Altman learns about his situation, she marries him so that he can be on her insurance policy and get the care he needs. It's a marriage of pure convenience, both claim, while Teddy continues to date other men. But it's clear there are deeper feelings going on.
