John Frobisher is a mid-level British government civil servant designated as the official contact for the Torchwood team. The Prime Minister and later the UNIT participating governments assign him the task of being the sole communicator with the alien entity called 456. He finds himself with an impossible choice to make.It is interesting that his colleague insists that despite his actions, Frobisher is a good man. Years later, when Capaldi takes on the role of Doctor Who, he often asks Am I a good man?
