Factory worker who was injured and lost his job. Ends up getting mixed up with some experimental tech called Centipede based on extra-terrestrial technology. He got shot by the night-night gun which destabilized the Extremis inside him. He later joined SHIELD to see his son. At the bridge, his right leg got blown off in an explosion and scarred his face. He got a Backscatter X-Ray implant in his eye and a Cybertek leg so he can become Deathlok.
