Mr. Bleak is the hardware store owner of Karlsville. He is Jessica's second customer for the lemonade, remarking on how it's more than double its $1 fee. He returns with everyone else thanks to Karl's causing the town to heat up. When it's revealed Jessica hid some of the lemonade to charge as much as she could get for what she claimed was all that was left, he and the others turn on Jessica, now a pig, and chase her.
