Nelly is a girl at the same school as the rest. She is opposing B in the battle for the Yale seat and is as close to perfect as she can get. Too bad she doesnt' suspect that Blaire is trying to assure that she doesn't get the spot. Slowly, she gets a regular seat on the steps with the rest of the gang.
