Nigel is a Hogwarts' student in the fictional J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series.He only appears in the movies, and he is not a character made by J.K. Rowling. He was created by Steve Kloves and Mike Newell for the fourth film, and his story and development was continued in the next movies.It seems to be clearly that he has replaced the brothers Creevey, or at least, the little brother, Dennis Creevey. The firstborn, Colin, was already portrayed in the second film by Hugh Mitchell. But new directors seem to have taken other chances and create the nervous Nigel to replace them.
