Unlike her incarcerated Brother, Sarah seems to have built a much finer life for herself, exhibited by her commanding personality over her brother, despite being younger than him. She is most likely never married or is divorced due to the fact that she takes such an interest in Bob's grandchild and that she still holds her birth name. It is also implied that Sarah had not visited her estranged brother for decades.
