Supervisor Frederick Elliot is in command of the Bureau of Prohibition and is Agent Nelson Van Alden's boss. Van Alden often becomes frustrated with Elliot's meddling and direction, especially as Elliot aims to remind Van Alden and his team that their original target in their investigation was Arnold Rothstein and is dubious about the claims surrounding Nucky Thompson.
