Tharok is a 30th Century super-villain and enemy to the Legion of Super-Heroes. He is a member of the Fatal Five, working with his accomplices Emerald Empress, Mano, Persuader and Validus. Beginning his career as a small-time crook, half of his body was vaporized in a nuclear explosion. To save his life, he was given a cyborg body.
