Born in Budapest, Hungary, Aniko Kaszas is a trilingual actress with a passion for traveling, writing and kicking ass.Aniko began her performance career quite young, and following her acceptance to the summer program at the AADA in New York City, Aniko's career path was set. Following that, she attended a four-year conservatory theatre program at the University of Toronto, with fellow graduates including Joanna Douglas of "Being Erica" and Josh Vokey of "Orphan Black".Often cast in a wide range of roles, she has been able to transform herself from Mother ("The Good Girl" and "Two") to Fighter ("Dark Matter" and "6ix Ways from Sundown" - co-starring Vivica A. Fox) to Hungarian Fencing Coach (Disney's "Frenemies") to Political Refugee ("Murdoch Mysteries").As a former nationally ranked fencer and actively training martial artist, Aniko has also explored the world of stunt performance. She is always willing to play with swords, fists, and fire, and has been certified by Fight Directors Canada as an actor/combatant. Aniko also holds a valid PAL license.Aniko continues to train and challenge herself in both the physical and emotional realms of stunt performance and acting technique. Constantly pushing her own boundaries, she's always up for a challenge and looks forward to many more roles to come.
