Canadian born Avery Pearson is an Actor, Comedian, Musician and Writer based in Los Angeles. In addition to his TV/Film appearances, he is a regular to the LA comedy scene hosting three weekly shows at The Hollywood Improv, is a resident piano player at The Comedy Store, a member of iO West's Mainstage House sketch team 'It's the Cops!' and NYC-based 'Sightline Theater'.Avery tours all over North America performing comedy The Goddamn Comedy Jam including The Kennedy Center (2016), Just For Laughs (2016 & 2015), Blue Whale (2016) and Comedy Central's NY Comedy Fest (2015) and also tours with MadTV's Adam Ray.Avery's project 'The Etiquette of Sexting' won Grand Prize at the Canon & Big Vision Empty Wallet National Feature Film Pitch Competition (2012). This fall 2016, he is shooting the feature film STUCK directed by Jillian Armenante with Joel McHale & Paul Scheer.He is a graduate of The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre (NYC), Concordia University (MTL) and Upright Citizens Brigade Improv program (LA). Avery is married to MJ Brackin and has a loving 3-legged Lhasa-Shih.
