Ben Marten was born in Freeport, Illinois on June 4, 1984. After graduating from Illinois State University in 2007, Ben started his professional career at the age of 24 with a role in the television series 'The Beast.' Ben is best known for his roles in American Virgin (2009), Dead Awake (2010), At Any Price (2012) and Chicago Fire (2013). When Ben is not acting he is an avid outdoorsman and fisherman, he resides in Illinois with his wife, Sarah.
