Bill Millsap is a character actor with a tremendous background in filmmaking. Having spent his early film years behind the lens working in visual effects and sound mixing, in 2013 he came out of acting retirement for a role in the Emmy Winning "Hatfields & McCoys" and has continued acting on screen ever since.
