Burt Kwouk was born on July 18, 1930 in Warrington, Cheshire, England as Herbert Tsangtse Kwouk. He was an actor, known for Goldfinger (1964), Kiss of the Dragon (2001) and The Pink Panther Strikes Again (1976). He was married to Caroline Tebbs. He died on May 24, 2016 in Hampstead, London, England.
