Having graduated with honors from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Dramatic Writing, Charise Sowells received an award for her work as a writing student throughout the years as well as an award specifically for her thesis play, (562). For the last several years Charise has been freelancing in production, traveling and pursuing her creative projects as a writer and singer throughout the states.
