Charles was a child actor out of HB Studios in New York. He appeared in several plays at that studio on the mid 1970s, including Elektra, The Second Shepperd's Play, One Time, One Place (with JT Walsh) and Baba Yaga, and then acted in Simple Gifts with some of the actors from the shows he was in. HE has never appeared in any other television show.
