Born in York, UK 13 May 1975. He was in the British Army Reserves until 19 years old. He then went on to the Regular Army and trained as an Infantry Platoon Commander at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in 1995. Since leaving the Military he has had a career in Agricultural management, Industrial Management, Outdoor adventure pursuits including Scuba Instructing, Abseiling (Rappelling), Snowboarding and Cliff Jumping and more.
