Danielle Clode
Danielle Clode is an award-winning Australian author and zoologist. She has worked as a zookeeper and scientific interpreter, in exhibition design and academia, and spent many years as a technical editor and writing teacher. She has written extensively on bushfires, science history and fossils. Her books include Voyages to the South Seas, which won the 2007 Victorian Premier's Literary Award for Nonfiction and Killers in Eden has been made into an ABC TV documentary. Danielle has also produced a bilingual documentary "French Voyages of Discovery to Australia", based on Voyages to the South Seas, which screens on SBS in July 2021. She regularly appears as a guest on radio and TV.
