Dean Shortland is an actor originally from Melbourne, Australia. He cut his teeth in the Melbourne theatre community where he performed in various stage productions such as As Your Like It and You're A Good Man Charlie Brown. Since relocating to the US, he has made the transition to TV & film. His most recent episodic work includes appearances on Nashville (Lionsgate / CMT), SIX (Weinstein Productions / History) and Southern Storytellers (Grand Divisions). He has also appeared in various films and web series, including: Carpe DM, Chris Stapleton's Video for "Fire Away" with Ben Foster, The Four Horsemen and Born Country - The Lil Benny III Show. As of January 2017, he has been developing a TV pilot with fellow actor and film maker, Mac Cushing called The Agents of Fortune. (03/31/17)
