Ella Smith is a British film and television actress from London. She trained at Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art, NYT and the Improv at the Upright Citizen's Brigade. As a singer, Ella trained in opera at Guildhall School of Music and Drama where she played the flute and piano. As a writer and director, Ella's debut award-winning short film Mdudu Boy (2016), filmed on location in Kenya in 2015, was celebrated at festivals around the world including opening night at Palm Spings Shortfest, Aesthetica, TIFF and distributed by Shorts HD. Ella speaks Welsh and French.
