Greta Bellamacina grew up in London with her three sisters and brother and made her film debut at thirteen. She trained at RADA for a year where she performed a series of lead theatre roles, including The Bride in "The Blood Wedding" by Federico Garcia Lorca and Thaisa in "Pericles Prince of Tyre" by William Shakespeare.She said in a recent interview, "I immediately felt most free when performing, it allowed me to be inventive and complicated".Greta starred on the cover of Harper's Bazaar UK celebrating her work as an actress and poet.Her latest film 'Hurt By Paradise' was nominated for the Michael Powell Award at Edinburgh International Film Festival for 'Best British Feature Film' and 'Best Performance in a Feature Film'.
