Jacob Robinson was born in Metairie, Louisiana on January 27, 2005. He discovered his love for acting and becoming someone else at the age of 5 through the study of acting and modeling at the John Robert Powers in Metairie. In 2011 he attended the IPOP convention where he won many awards including: Top Ten for actor of the year, Second runner up for Scene and Third runner up for TV Commercial. Since then Jacob has appeared in a national commercial for AT&T and Babybel and the Shakespeare play "A Winter's Tale" as Mamillius. Jacob's film debut will occur in October 2013 with the release of the film "The Monkey's Paw" in which he plays Young Gillespie. Jacob is continuing to advance his career in both the Los Angeles and Hollywood South markets as he splits his year living between the two.In addition to acting Jacob is a competitive swimmer. Jacob's strongest stroke is back and he also enjoys swimming the IM events. As a part of his training for swimming he also does tumbling. His other interests include: learning to speak Spanish & Chinese, playing the piano, and dance.
