Born and raised in Sandy, Utah, Daniel didn't find his way to the entertainment industry until he was in his late 20's. Although he had an SLR camera in his hands since he was thirteen, writing found a special place in his heart and and in 1998 he sold his first screenplay to an independent film company, Dreamland Productions. This became the first in a series of events that lead him to eventually attend the University of Utah's film program in 2002. Never putting the camera down, Daniel found himself immersed in the independent film market where he explored filmmaking inside and out.Daniel brings a unique aspect to his work. Not many Unit Stills Photographers have worked on both sides of the camera in multiple roles.
