Joe Cipriano is a film, television and commercial actor who was born on October 3 in Detroit, Michigan. Joe's acting career began in the theater after watching his sister (Niki Cipriano) in her theater performance. Deciding himself to give acting a try at the age of 8, Joe was cast as Sandy the dog in the play Annie. His version of Sandy was mangy and infested with fleas. Joe's incessant scratching of fleas during the performances had the auditorium in stitches, and led Joe down his path in entertainment.
