Joey Nappo was born in Atlanta, Georgia and is the son of Paul and Nicole Nappo. He has three siblings, Antonio P. Nappo, Giavonna Nappo both also actor-musicians, and Jenna Nappo, a nurse. He made his stage debut at 10 years old in the role of Winthrop in The Music Man. In high school he starred as Tom Sawyer in Big River and Jack in Into the Woods. He got his film break at 16 in Odd Girl Out with Alexa Vega, followed by We Are Marshall. He modeled for Spring Fashion Week in Milan and NYC in 2009 and booked a spread in the fall 2009 issue of Man Magazine. He continues to do commercial and film work while writing, drumming and producing the 2013 debut album for his band, In It For The Chicks.
