John Andrew Celentano was born in New York City on November 13th, 1971. His mother Myra is Ukranian and his father John was Italian. At the age of 5 John found his love for music and began playing the drums. As a teenager John played professionally in various original bands, and was signed with Dwell Records based out of Los Angeles. For the next decade he continued to tour, playing sold out shows at venues including Irving Plaza and Nassau Coliseum. In 2005 he was sought after by the cover band, "The Zoo", MTV's Ultimate Cover Band prize winners. After leaving the band in 2006, John went back to his true passion of creating original music and has been playing ever since. John has since transitioned from being behind the drums to in front of the camera. He has been on hit TV series such as "Boardwalk Empire", "The Following", "The Blacklist", "Gotham", Martin Scorsese's "Vinyl" and major motion pictures, "Sisters"and "Bridge of Spies". John is currently training to be a professional stunt man as well.
