Lawrence Grimm is an Actor and Teaching Artist based in Chicago, Illinois. He is a founding member of A Red Orchid Theatre and has worked with many Chicago theaters including Steppenwolf, Goodman, Timeline, Next, Raven, and Collaboraction. He is the recipient of the Joseph Jefferson Award for acting.As a veteran teaching artist he has served in the Drama Departments of The Chicago High School for the Arts and Stevenson High School. He serves as a Senior Facilitator of Curriculum and Instruction for Steppenwolf for Young Adults. He was worked extensively as a theater/improv consultant with agencies like Razorfish and Leo Burnett as well as with special needs populations of adults with mental illness through Thresholds and Alzheimer's populations through the Cognitive Neurology and Alzheimer's Disease Center at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
