Lorena Diaz was born in Caracas, Venezuela, lived in Peru briefly, was raised in Miami, Florida and was "Made in Chicago". She's been an improviser and actor in Chicago for over 10 years, performing with the Goodman Theatre's New Works endeavors and respectively at The Second City (Chicago), iO Chicago (formerly Improv Olympic) and the Playground Theatre (Chicago). She is an actress, known for her work as Nurse Doris in Chicago Med and Chicago Fire and a comedian known for her work on One Night Stand, Bobby & Iza (NBC Pilot competition winners), Dominizuelan, a critically acclaimed duo comedy team who write and perform social/political satire and Mas Mejor Productions, a Lorne Michaels project via Broadway Video.
