Mark was born in Chicago, Illinois and attended Northern Illinois University where he studied theatre arts. He subsequently returned to Chicago honing his improvisation skills at The Second City Training Center upon graduation. In 1980 Mark moved to San Diego California where he began his acting career in 1985 appearing in the CBS mini-series SPACE. He gained a Master's Degree at USC shortly thereafter while continuing to build his acting skills. Mark most recently appeared in the Feature Films "Ghostline","Carving a Life", and "Blacklisted". He is scheduled to appear in the feature films "Kill Me Once", Perpetual Nexus", and the television sitcom "KOH" this coming year. Mark has also appeared in the ABC Drama series "Scandal", the Discovery Channel Show "Headlines", Lifetime Channels "Deadly Wives", and The REELZ Channel show "Treasure King".
