Matt was trained as an Actor at Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). His credits since then range from Tony-Award winning plays 'Metamorphoses' and 'Take Me Out', at Melbourne Theatre Company, to the Australasian tour of Academy Award winner Sam Mendes production of 'Oliver!' as well as roles in Film, Television and many Commercials.Since making his first short, "Dawn" in 2000, Matt has become a successful creator of screen stories, first writing and directing shorts, corporates and promos, then working in TV where he is a Producer/Editor ("PrEditor") for several successful Australian TV shows, including Australia's Most Popular Reality Series (3-time TV Week Logie Award winner) "The Block".
