After years in independent film production, including several as Director of Production of Cineville, Inc, which produced Sundance Award Winning films such as "Gas Food Lodging" and "Mi Vida Loca" by Allison Andersí, Michael decided to test his skills by developing a project of his own. In 1994 he wrote, produced and directed the 35mm festival short film "Cabin Steps" starring author/ actor Malachy McCourt. He subsequently took a position as Producer of Special Editions for Pioneer Entertainment. Upon the introduction of DVD, he set out on his own once again by forming MogoMedia. MogoMedia produces documentaries and audio commentaries, as well as added value interactive features, also festival Short films, corporate industrial films, and develops narrative feature films screenplays.
