Nathan Lovejoy was born in Launceston, Tasmania. He attended Vermont Secondary College and is a graduate of the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA). He has two older siblings.Nathan was an elite basketball as a teenager before deciding to pursue acting. He has since gone on to appear extensively in film and television and with Australia's major theatre companies.
