Nathan was born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario and is of Trinidadian-Jamaican descent. His aptitude for painting got him accepted to Cawthra Park Secondary School but after realizing his passion for theatre he transferred to the Acting program. He received his Post-Secondary education at Ryerson University's Radio and Television program in 2012 and finished by Writing, Producing, and Starring in an original pilot. Remaining devoted to his acting career, he went on to study Strasberg and Meisner with esteemed teachers in Toronto and Vancouver.
