Nicole Apelian is best known as a survivalist and competitor on the TV Series Alone on the History Channel (2016 and 2018). She is also a survival skills and outdoor consultant, training actors and working on script authenticity as can be seen in the movie Leave No Trace (2018). She lives in the Pacific Northwest and also works with the Kalahari San Bushmen in Southern Africa. She consults on issues of natural health and wellness and in the field of indigenous knowledge and ecotourism.
