Philippe Joly is a French/Russian actor living in Hong Kong. He regularly plays the villain in action films across Asia (Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, South East Asia), and recently shared the screen with action super stars Jean-Claude Van Damme (Pound Of Flesh) and Jackie Chan (Dragon Blade). As well as acting, Philippe has also written many screenplays, produced and directed a few films. He is fluent in 4 languages (French, Russian, Italian and English), is an avid practitioner of close-up magic and card manipulation, and has trained in various martial arts.
