British background player Roy Lansford was born on February 25, 1928. Lansford first began appearing in movies in often uncredited minor roles in the late 1950's. A husky man with a big face and a receding hairline, Roy could be frequently spotted in a handful of films and TV shows as a face in the crowd, a guest at a hotel or party, or as a patron in either a pub or nightclub. He died at age 80 on February 6, 2009.
