Scott Hansen is a screenwriter & filmmaker from Virginia Beach, VA. He is widely known for directing the award winning Navy Seal Documentary called "Until It Hurts" (2015) and the horror film "The Possession Experiment" which sold to Momentum Films (EONE) and was released to VOD and various markets in December of 2016. Possession Experiment was in the top 10 of horror for 6 weeks.Since his graduation from the Savannah college of Art & Design in 2005, Scott and has produced and directed over 300 commercials & music videos for clients worldwide as well.He has also had much success working in the music video and commercial realm working with such artists as Willie Nelson, Motionless in White, A Day To Remember, ILL Nino & Fear Factory as well as many commercial companies such as Dew, Doritos, Bugatti, Discovery Channel and Aston Martin.His documentary "Until It Hurts" took home the top prize at the Grand Cayman film festival for best feature film in 2016. The Possession Experiment took home best "Special Effects" at the FEAR NYC film festival in 2016.His music video for Moonshine Bandits was number on CMT for 2 weeks in 2014. MTV's Headbangers Ball nominated Scott for the artist "Carnifex" for music video of the Year in 2012.
