Scott A. Boylan was born June 10, 1968 to Richard and Lila (Smith) Boylan in Oklahoma City, OK. He acted in several high school productions at Putnam City North High School, where he graduated in 1986. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1991 with a Bachelor's in Radio/Television/Film Production and went on to work as a Music Director/On-air Announcer at several radio stations in Oklahoma, North Dakota, South Dakota and Denver, Colorado - where he was known as "Detour Dave" on KYGO. He transitioned to television production, and acting in two 48-Hour Film projects in 2014 and 2015. Scott died November 25, 2017 from a very aggressive cancer. He is survived by his wife, Kim.
