A child of the road, a person who calls many places home, Tenea did not always have the best life. A survivor of a severely broken home, she has been in constant motion her entire life, living in over 22 cities across the US. She performed in many plays, but it wasn't until she met her mentor, James Howell, in the 10th grade, that her perspective changed. Her idea of performing changed from just being a hobby, to something a little more permanent. A little more consistent. Unlike so many other things in her life. The more Tenea nurtured her passion, the more her passion nurtured her. James Howell showed her a new world of consistency like never before, and from that point on, she hasn't looked back.Tenea recently moved in the spring of 2012 to New Orleans, Louisiana with her husband, Adam Intriago. They have a son, Llewyn Intriago, who has given her an even bigger sense of purpose as an actor.Recently, Tenea has been splitting her time between New Orleans, Atlanta, and Los Angeles working in Film and TV.
