Born: 26 January 1966 in Washington DC, to Ellen Chamberlain of Waynesboro, Pa. and Jaime Cabanilla of Quito, Ecuador, and grew up in Waynesboro, Pa. He served in the US Navy and Army National Guard. After serving in the Gulf War, he married Tonya Boynton in San Diego, left the Navy and returned to Pa. He lives in Marion Station, Md with his wife Tonya. He has three grown children Nikki, Amanda, and Jared, and a grandson Aiden.
