Vasily Deris is a Chicago born singer/actor, first generation Greek-American. He has appeared in numerous professional productions across the Chicagoland area. He is a Jeff Award Ensemble Winner for the smash hit, 5 time Jeff Award winning, The Buddy Holly Story at the historic American Blues Theater in a Chicago portraying the Big Bopper. He was also part of the hit Jeff Award Winning Hit Music Revue, Smokey Joe's Cafe at the Royal George. He was also cast in the Irvine Welsh (Trainspotting) musical, Creatives, that flew over to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and has performed in London and Scotland.
