Warwick Burton is a film and TV writer, director & producer. His work spans animation, drama and factual production.A graduate of the Australian Film, Television and Radio School, Warwick has written, produced and directed on a number of award winning films. He produced and co-wrote animated short Butterflies (2012), directed by Isabel Peppard, which screened at over 40 international film festivals and won awards including Best Animated Short at both Sydney Film Festival and Cinequest in San Jose, USA as well as an Australian ATOM award.He co-wrote and produced the popular documentary Turn Me On - The History of the Vibrator, short stop motion animations Gloomy Valentine and was a producer on AACTA and ATOM award winning animation Grace Under Water. He was the mentor producer on NSWFTO supported YouTube sensation (with over 20 million views) short animation Zero.Warwick has worked for SBS Independent, the commissioning arm of SBS TV, and independent production companies creating series television for Network Seven, Ten and the ABC. He has also created numerous content marketing videos for Australian telecommunications company, Telstra.
