Whitney Peak was born in Kampala, Uganda. Her mother is African and her father is Canadian. Whitney landed her first acting role as "Young Vega" while she was working as an extra on the set of Minority Report. This is when she realized she wanted to pursue a career in acting. She has then gone on to play the supporting role of "Gillian" in Hallmark's Campfire Kiss and "Stella" in Aaron Sorkin's upcoming directorial debut feature film, Molly's Game. Acting aside, Whitney is a competitive dancer in hip-hop, Stage, Jazz, Acrobatics, Lyrical as her favorites. She is a dedicated student and also likes to hangout with her friends in her free time.
